There's one notable complaint worth mentioning: a visitor had a frustrating experience with a Friday evening instructor in August 2025 who seemed unprepared (not enough anchors for all the boards), had a negative attitude from the start, and mishandled the photo add-on situation in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
