- This is a bareboat charter; the primary charterer assumes possession and control of the vessel during the charter
- A U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain and any crew must be independently selected and engaged by the charterer
- Any captain you provide is subject to vessel owner approval and insurance requirements
- All adult passengers must complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Bring food and beverages if desired; red wine, glass beer bottles, and items that may stain upholstery are not permitted
- Use lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Wear bare feet or clean socks only while aboard
- Additional costs not included in the listed price include captain and crew services of $370 for 3 hours or $440 for 4 hours, estimated fuel of $150 or $200 based on duration, and a temporary fuel surcharge of $56.25 or $75
- Fuel is charged based on actual usage; estimates are based on approximately 10 gallons per hour
- Gratuity is discretionary; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and is paid directly to your independently selected captain and crew

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund of charter fees when you cancel more than 5 days before departure. Charter fees are non-refundable within 5 days. If the independently selected captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; receive a refund of charter fees if rescheduling is not mutually possible. A full refund applies if the vessel is unavailable and rescheduling is not possible.
