Important details
- Children 12 and younger must wear a provided life jacket
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or anyone with back problems
- Requires unassisted transfers on and off the vessel; seats are rated at 280 lbs
- Large photo or video equipment cases may reduce passenger capacity at the captain's discretion for safe operations
- Only the United States Coast Guard-licensed captain may operate the boat
- Operations stay within navigable waters of New York Harbor; operations outside the harbor incur a minimum $150 fuel surcharge
- A cleaning fee applies if special cleanup is required, including spills requiring teak treatment
- Drone launches require prior arrangement, a current U.S. Federal Aviation Administration Remote Pilot license, and a certificate of insurance; foreign pilot licenses are not accepted
- Wear eye protection and gloves when hand-launching or hand-catching a drone; you are responsible for vessel damage caused by drone operator error
- Vessel-to-vessel transfers require prior arrangement, safe conditions approved by both captains, unassisted transfers, and sturdy flat-soled shoes; no high heels or flip-flops
- No swimming or smoking aboard
- Boarding may be refused for intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
Cancellation Policy
Receive a 50% refund when you cancel up to 30 days before departure. No refunds within 30 days of departure. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, receive a full refund or a substitute vessel.
