Important details
- Ages 10+ only; participants must weigh at least 90 lbs
- Complete the required activity waiver before arrival; the waiver name must match the reservation
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in
- Bring a valid photo ID and your booking confirmation
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled surf session for orientation
- Use dining and retail credits on the same day as your activity
- Leave outside food, drinks, coolers, tents, and chairs behind
- Leave hats, sunglasses, and mobile devices off the lagoon; dropped items cannot be retrieved
- Expect watercraft and equipment availability to depend on daily bookings and weather conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity for a refund minus a $5 transaction fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the amount paid. If unsafe weather conditions cancel the activity, it will be rescheduled or refunded.
