Cancellation Policy
Give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $25 fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds or credits for cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or nonparticipation. For weather, high winds, or unsafe beach or water conditions, no refunds apply; you'll have the opportunity to reschedule. Missing the makeup date forfeits further rescheduling.
