Know before you go
- Ages 7+ only; participants must weigh more than 50 lbs
- Children ages 7–9 require one participating adult age 16+ per child
- Requires understanding basic instructions in English
- Water access requires climbing up and down a pool ladder unassisted; land-based participation is available if you stay out of the water
- Bring or wear swimwear with a cover-up and bring a towel
- Use only coral-safe sunscreen in the US Virgin Islands
- Personal cameras, sunglasses, cell phones, and other loose objects are not allowed in the sea lion area
- Non-participating observers are not allowed in the sea lion area
- Bring a photo ID matching the credit card on file; if the cardholder is absent, a completed credit-card authorization is required before arrival
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before your activity with no penalty. Cancellations 72 to 48 hours before are charged a 30% service charge; within 48 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Changes within 48 hours incur a $50 rebooking fee, excluding name changes. No refunds for not meeting activity requirements.
