Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time for waiver verification
- Complete an individual waiver before participating
- Use a clean, dry, unobstructed play area of at least 1,500 square feet
- Ensure outdoor locations allow obstacles to be staked into the ground
- Indoor play only from April through October
- Outdoor play is not permitted during rain, winds over 15 mph, or a heat index above 90°F
- Follow the event host's instructions and avoid physical contact or climbing on obstacles
- Parking space for the event vehicle and trailer is required
- Your card may be charged for damage caused by you or someone in your party
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before the event. Cancellations fewer than 14 days before the event are nonrefundable. No refunds for no-shows, including lack of access, required parking or unloading, or being unreachable on arrival.

Up to 12 players stay together for every mission. Player rotation is not available with this package.
Gameplay may be paused, modified, delayed, or ended early. Weather, venue rules, and site conditions may also require rescheduling or moving to an alternate approved area.
Tactical laser tag uses no projectiles. Follow the event host's instructions and avoid physical contact or climbing on obstacles.
