Itinerary

1. Prior to Event Your event host arrives 60–90 minutes early to build the tactical arena by setting up obstacles and preparing laser tag equipment.

2. Start of Event Players receive a safety briefing and quick training on their taggers before being outfitted.

3. During Gameplay Missions are run continuously, with real-time mission results and player stats displayed after each round. Your host manages pacing, supervises safety, and keeps gameplay flowing smoothly.

4. End of Event At the conclusion of your session, every participant receives a branded dog tag or sticker to commemorate their experience. Your host then breaks down all equipment within 45–60 minutes.

Important details

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before start time; every participant needs a completed waiver before playing
• Use a clean, dry, unobstructed, hazard-free play area of at least 1,500 square feet
• Allow obstacle staking if playing outdoors
• Provide parking space for the event vehicle and trailer at the event location
• Follow your event host's instructions; physical contact and climbing on obstacles are prohibited
• Outdoor play is unavailable April through October and is prohibited in rain, winds over 15 mph, or heat index over 90°F
• Expect your card to be charged for damage caused by you or someone in your party
