- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure; tours depart as scheduled

- Requires boarding via a short ramp; crew assistance is available if needed
- Walkers and manual wheelchairs are welcome; motorized scooters and electric wheelchairs are not permitted

- Park in the sandy lot; Marina View Apartments parking is prohibited, and paved spaces carry parking charges

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours before departure for a refund. If the operator cancels, you can reschedule or receive a full refund if you cannot reschedule. No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. No partial refunds for tours cut short due to weather.
