- Return the tandem within 15 minutes after your rental ends to avoid a late fee
- Late returns incur a $20 per tandem fee for each started hour, not included in the listed price
- Optional bike rental insurance is available at an additional cost and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule with 24 hours' notice. No refunds for customer cancellations. Full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather.
FAQs
It covers 100% of damage and repair costs and 50% of lost or stolen bike costs. It does not cover personal injury and includes damaged-bike pickup within Central Park only.
