Know before you go
- Arrive at Rim Village or the North Entrance at Crater Lake National Park between 8:30 and 10
- Sign the rider agreement sent through DocuSign before participating
- Captain height requirement: 5'6"–6'4" (167–193 cm)
- Stoker height requirement: 4'10"–6'4" (147–193 cm)
- Combined rider weight limit: 440 lbs (200 kg) per tandem
- Children under 18 must ride as stokers
- Use the same delivery and pickup location for the selected route
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 31–40 days out incur a 30% charge; 16–30 days, 50%; and 0–15 days, full payment. If the operator cancels and alternative choices are not acceptable, receive a full refund minus bank or service charges.
FAQs
Use battery swaps and route suggestions to extend your ride within the 5-hour rental period. Assisted riding time is approximately 4 hours maximum.
