- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental time for the shuttle
- Bring a photo ID
- Wear shoes other than flip-flops because of river rocks
- Expect to get wet
- Leave glass, Styrofoam, and alcohol off the river
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Return all equipment to the outpost by 7:30 PM
- Pets are not allowed on the shuttle; keep any pets leashed, attended, and cleaned up after
- Private boats cannot use the shuttle
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
