Things to know
Arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork and a safety briefing. No smoking onboard; vaping is allowed. Children under 6 should bring a well-fitting life jacket; guests with limited mobility may find boarding difficult, and captain and crew are contracted separately and paid on the dock before departure.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before your trip. Within 7 days, no refunds. Weather decisions are at the discretion of East Pass Excursions and your captain, and light rain typically does not cancel. For severe conditions, they may reschedule, refund, or recall the boat during your trip and prorate unused time.
