Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and orientation
- Ages 13+ only; participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Complete the online waiver before arrival
- Height and weight information is required for equipment fitting
- Wear secure shoes that can get wet; no flip-flops
- Wear quick-dry synthetic or wool layers; avoid cotton and denim
- A Tomales Bay State Park vehicle entrance fee is not included: $8 per vehicle, or $7 for ages 62+; credit or debit card only
- Download directions before arriving, as cell service may be limited
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available up to 7 days before your rental, minus a 5% handling fee. Within 7 days, reservations are final unless canceled due to weather. If weather cancels before launch, reschedule or receive a refund minus the handling fee; within the first hour after launch, reschedule or receive a 50% refund.

Wear quick-dry synthetic, wool, or silk layers and a windbreaker or light rain jacket. Avoid cotton, jeans, and flip-flops. Choose secure shoes that can get wet and muddy.
Bring dry socks and shoes or a change of clothes. Your footwear will get wet, and some clothing may become damp.
Wetsuits are available by request with at least 24 hours’ notice.
