This locally-owned operation has really perfected the art of river tubing. Reviewers consistently praise how smoothly everything runs, from the moment you arrive at the ample parking lot to getting in and out of the water. The staff earns high marks for being attentive and helpful, with several mentions of how they assist with entry and exit, holding tubes steady and even providing a ramp for easier access. The comfortable tubes come with back and head rests, plus there are cooler tubes available if you want to bring drinks and snacks along for the ride. The river itself offers a relaxing, slow-paced float that typically lasts around two hours. Multiple families mention feeling safe even with kids or nervous swimmers, as life jackets are provided and the conditions are manageable. Groups of all sizes seem to have great experiences here, with the operation handling everything efficiently whether you're a party of two or eight. One small tip: they do sell items on-site, but you might want to check ahead if you need specific gear like water shoes. People keep coming back year after year, and many are already planning their return trips.
We had a blast floating down the river as a family. Everyone was super nice upon check in and loading up. The only thing that you need to make absolutely sure is that you check the cooler rules. They changed since the last time I went and they really don't want you to use your own if it's heavy. But they allowed us to in the end bc their was 8 of us and we needed the bigger cooler.
