- Wear the provided high-visibility life vest while in the water
- Leave full-face snorkel masks at home
- Off-the-beach boarding is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for anyone needing help climbing stairs
- Remain seated while the vessel is moving and expect possible splashing onboard
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Groups of 20+ need 72 hours' notice to modify, cancel, or receive a refund. No refunds or rebooking for no-shows, missed departures, or changes within 24 hours. Tours run rain or shine; full refund if the operator cancels due to dangerous conditions.
