Important details
- Arrive at the dock 30 minutes before departure
- Complete a waiver before participating
- Wear a flotation vest while swimming or snorkeling
- Stop at the security gate for a temperature check when arriving by taxi
- Park only in designated areas when arriving by private vehicle; off-property parking and a walk to the dock may be necessary
- Do not use the pool or beach chairs, which are reserved for registered property guests
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before start for a full refund. No refunds after that. A $25 rebooking fee applies. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
