Guides like Robbie, Joe, Alex, and Payson consistently earn praise for their patience with nervous first-timers and ability to make everyone feel comfortable in the water. Multiple families mention how helpful the instructors were with anxious children and inexperienced snorkelers, providing clear step-by-step guidance that built confidence quickly. The tours regularly deliver turtle sightings at Turtle Town, plus other marine life like octopuses, starfish, and reef fish. Guests appreciate that photos and videos are included rather than being sold as add-ons, and several reviewers mention the optional underwater scooters as a fun way to conserve energy. There's one legitimate concern worth noting: a guest was uncomfortable watching guides handle and pass around wildlife for photo opportunities, including a stressed baby octopus that inked defensively. This practice goes against standard wildlife tourism ethics, even if it's not technically illegal in Hawaii. The overwhelmingly positive feedback otherwise highlights the company's safety-first approach, reasonable pricing, and flexibility with booking. Adam gets specific shoutouts for accommodating last-minute requests and monitoring conditions to ensure the best snorkeling locations. Beach access tours are especially popular for seeing more turtles in less time than boat excursions.
