Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time for waiver verification
- All players need a completed waiver to participate
- Requires a clean, dry, unobstructed play area of at least 2,500 square feet
- Outdoor locations must allow obstacles to be staked into the ground
- Requires parking space for the operator's vehicle and trailer
- Indoor venues only from April through October
- Outdoor play cannot operate during rain, with winds over 15 mph, or when the heat index exceeds 90°F
- No physical contact or climbing on obstacles
- A card may be charged for damage caused by you or someone in your party
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before the event. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are nonrefundable. No refunds are available for no-shows. Once setup begins, the event is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.
FAQs
Your tactical laser tag gameplay may be paused, modified, delayed, ended early, rescheduled, or moved to an alternate approved area because of unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, site conditions, or participant behavior. Events still end at the scheduled time.
