Itinerary

1. Prior to Event Your event host arrives 90–120 minutes early to build the tactical arena by setting up obstacles and preparing laser tag equipment.

2. Start of Event Players receive a safety briefing and quick training on their taggers before being outfitted.

3. During Gameplay Missions are run continuously, with real-time mission results and player stats displayed after each round. Your host manages pacing, supervises safety, and keeps gameplay flowing smoothly.

4. End of Event At the conclusion of your session, every participant receives a branded dog tag or sticker to commemorate their experience. Your host then breaks down all equipment within 60–75 minutes.

Important details

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time for waiver verification
• Completed individual waivers are required for all participants
• Use a safe, clean, dry, unobstructed play area of at least 2,500 square feet
• Ensure outdoor locations allow obstacle staking and have parking for the event vehicle and trailer
• Indoor venues only from April through October
• Outdoor play is not permitted during rain, winds over 15 mph, or a heat index over 90°F
• Follow event host instructions, avoid physical contact, and do not climb obstacles
• Your card may be charged for damage caused by you or someone in your party
