- Complete the required waiver before departure
- Bring reef-safe sunscreen only; spray and aerosol sunscreen are not permitted
- BVI trips require a passport and a clear passport photo submitted at least 48 hours before departure
- Non-US citizens traveling to the BVI require a green card, visa, or other documents needed for international travel
- BVI trips have an $85 per-person customs and international fee collected in cash when you board; it is not included in the listed price
- A $25 per-person late passport fee may apply when passport photos are not submitted 48 hours in advance
- Crew gratuity of 15%–20% of the trip price is customary and not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 2 weeks' notice. Cancellations within 2 weeks are not refunded; within 72 hours, you will be charged in full. No-shows are charged in full plus 25% crew gratuity. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.
