Experience the USS Arizona Deluxe Tour, a self-guided visit through the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Use the provided smartphone and headset to explore museums, hear survivor stories, and access National Park Service archival videos.
The self-guided tour begins upon check-in and does not include boat tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial. Check in between 7am and 3:30pm at the Visitor Center courtyard. The Visitor Center has a no bag policy; bag storage is available for a fee.

**Important note:** Some reviewers mistakenly visited the administrative warehouse location rather than the actual Pearl Harbor historic sites. If you're planning to visit the memorials and museums, disregard the negative reviews about an empty warehouse with no tourist facilities. For those who visited the actual Pearl Harbor sites, the experience consistently moves people deeply. The staff—including rangers and Navy personnel—earn high praise for their professionalism and courtesy. One veteran shared a touching moment when a ranger quietly allowed him extra time alone in the Arizona Memorial shrine to pay his respects. Visitors describe the experience as emotionally powerful, with many feeling genuine reverence for the fallen service members commemorated there. Practical tips: Remember that bags larger than a wallet aren't permitted, and separate admission tickets are required for different attractions like the submarine, USS Missouri, and aircraft exhibits. I am an Army veteran and a US war historian. December of 2025 was my first time visiting the Arizona Memorial. It was such a moving experience that was only heightened by a personal moment in the Shrine. The ranger at the memorial told our group that we needed to make our way back to the boat for departure. As everyone left the Shrine, my wife captured my favorite picture out of our entire Hawaii trip. The ranger, seeing what I was doing, didn't say a word. She let me have my 10 seconds alone of respecting the fallen. I can't thank her enough. Mahalo ranger, mahalo!

PHP - Pearl Harbor is the definition of courtesy and professionalism. Every employee, ranger, and Navy personnel assigned to that location made our visit the absolute best and most memorable that it could be. I would give 10 stars if I could! I am an Army veteran and a US war historian. December of 2025 was my first time visiting the Arizona Memorial.
