Tickets are non-refundable. Make one complimentary change per ticket up to 24 hours before departure; additional changes cost $20 per ticket plus any fare difference. No changes, cancellations, or refunds within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters your train for weather or other operational reasons, choose a comparable departure or a full ticket refund.
