- Remain seated while the vessel is moving and ask the crew before relocating or requesting beverage service
- Expect departures and returns to relocate to Kewalo Harbor during high surf conditions
- Arrive sober; boarding or drink service may be denied if you are intoxicated
- Expect sails to operate rain or shine, with possible delays or cancellations in unsafe surf, weather, or currents
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook at least 24 hours before departure. Groups of 20 or more need 72 hours' notice to cancel, modify, or receive a refund. No refunds or rebooking for no-shows, missed departures, or cancellations within the notice period. Full refund or rebooking if the operator cancels.
