Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before sailing for a full refund. Reservations for 10–15 passengers require 48 hours' notice; 15+ passengers require 72 hours' notice. Later cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee. If the operator cancels due to weather or other reasons, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
