- Prepare for changing ocean conditions; tours may be canceled if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable

Receive a full refund with 48 hours' notice. Fairmont Kea Lani guests receive a full refund with 24 hours' notice. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
