- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- You're responsible for damage caused by you or your party. Damage charges are not included in the listed price.
- Wear eye protection at all times. Handle equipment responsibly, and do not modify it or use it outside the intended activity.
- No pushing, shoving, grappling, or other physical contact is allowed.
- Prepare a safe, hazard-free play area before delivery, and keep it clean and free of mud, sand, and loose debris throughout play.
- Provide a water source for filling the buckets.
- For drop-off rentals, provide parking space for the delivery vehicle and trailer.
- Gameplay may be modified, delayed, or ended early because of venue restrictions or unsafe participant behavior.
- For drop-off rentals, have someone from your group present to receive the equipment at delivery and hand it back at collection.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours ahead. Refunds are full at 14+ days; at 7–13 days, receive full credit valid 90 days. Under 7 days, no refund; credit is discretionary. Within 48 hours, no refund or credit. Unsafe weather before setup earns full credit; after setup begins, no refund or credit. Light rain won't stop play; lightning, high winds or unsafe surfaces require pausing or rescheduling.
