- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- You're responsible for damage caused by you or your party. Damage charges are not included in the listed price.
- A flat, hazard-free play area of at least 2,500 square feet is required. Start with a clean, dry surface and keep it free of mud, sand, and loose debris.
- A water source is required to fill the buckets.
- Wear eye protection at all times. Handle equipment responsibly, use it only for water battles, and do not modify it.
- No pushing, shoving, grappling, or other physical contact is allowed.
- Gameplay may be paused, modified, delayed, or ended early because of unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, or participant behavior.
- For drop-off rentals, provide parking space for the delivery vehicle and trailer, and have someone available to receive the equipment and be present for collection.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 20 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours ahead. Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund; 7–13 days for full credit valid 90 days. Within 7 days, no refund; discretionary credit only until 48 hours before. Within 48 hours, no refund or credit. Unsafe weather before setup earns full credit; once setup begins, no refund or credit. Light rain does not stop play.
