- Adult supervision is required at all times
- Charges for damage caused by you or your party are not included in the listed price
- Provide at least 4,000 square feet of flat, hazard-free play space. Keep the area clean and free of mud, sand, and loose debris
- Provide access to a water source for filling the buckets
- Reserve parking space for the delivery vehicle and trailer
- Wear eye protection at all times. No pushing, shoving, grappling, or other physical contact
- Handle equipment responsibly. Do not modify it or use it outside the intended activity
- Gameplay may be paused, modified, delayed, or ended early because of unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, or participant behavior
- Have someone from your group available to receive the equipment at delivery and for collection at pickup
- Return all non-inflatable equipment to the wheeled totes at the end of the rental

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund; 7–13 days for full credit valid 90 days. Within 7 days, no refunds; credits are discretionary. Within 48 hours, no refund or credit. Reschedule at least 48 hours ahead, subject to weather limits. Light rain does not stop play. Unsafe weather before setup earns full credit; once setup begins, no refund or credit.
