Cancel 48 hours or more before the event for a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours for any reason and you get no refund. Private tours: 72 hours’ notice required, except Dec 20–Jan 5 when it’s one week.
FAQs
Wear a swimsuit under your clothes if you plan to swim (optional). Use athletic shoes or sturdy sport sandals that can get wet and muddy (for example, Tevas, Chacos, or Keens). Wear shorts and a t-shirt in summer, and bring a jacket in winter.
Bring water, a towel if you plan to swim, reef-safe sunscreen (zinc oxide or titanium dioxide-based), and a camera. Bring cash for gratuity unless you included a prepaid gratuity or prefer to use Venmo or PayPal.
