Explore North Hilo's coastline on a guided boat tour for a view of the shore from the ocean. Hilo waters can be rough.
We leave Wailoa Harbor and head out past the breakwater with our guide describing the history and areas of the North Hilo coast. We travel very near shore North past the old plantation just North of Hilo and travel towards Onomea Bay where you may see Humpback Whales in season (Jan-Apr 1). We will continue towards Pepe’ekeo Point and head back to where you will view the stunning cliffs and cascading waterfalls that careen down to the ocean during rainy season. Soft drinks and water provided. *Final cost includes State taxes and fees.
