• Renters must be at least 21 years old. Bring a valid driver's license and state-issued photo ID.
• Drivers must be at least 18 years old, or at least 25 when carrying passengers under 18.
• All riders must be at least 46 inches tall. Children must be able to sit properly with their feet flat on the floor.
• Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require valid ATV and utility terrain vehicle safety certification before taking possession of the vehicle. Bring proof of completion. Certification from any U.S. state is accepted; course fees vary by provider and are not included in the listed price.
• This activity is not suitable during pregnancy and is not wheelchair accessible.
• A refundable damage deposit per machine is collected at arrival and is not included in the listed price. Bring a credit or debit card for the deposit.
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the vehicle with a full tank of 91-octane fuel and bring the fuel receipt.
• Late-return charges are not included in the listed price: $100 for returns 10 minutes to 1 hour late, plus $100 per hour beyond the first hour. If your delay interferes with another rental, you'll also be charged that rental's price.
• Complete one liability waiver per vehicle and add everyone in your party as passengers.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time.
