• Drivers: ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
• Drivers carrying passengers under 18: ages 25+
• Children: minimum height 42 inches to ride
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
• One liability waiver is required per machine, with all party members listed as passengers
• Watch the required off-road safety video before your ride
• A required Premium Damage Waiver limits your maximum out-of-pocket damage cost to $1,500 per machine and requires a $1,500 credit/debit card authorization hold on the day of your reservation
• An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added to the listed price
• A 3% Utah State Bureau of Land Management fee is added to the listed price for private and group tours
