Know before you go
- Ages 18+ only; bring a valid driver's license for pickup or delivery
- Use a small SUV or larger with a 2-inch ball hitch and 4-pin trailer connector when towing
- Return the watercraft clean and with a full tank of unleaded gas
- Fuel used during the rental is not included in the listed price; keep your fuel receipt
- Retrieve a watercraft exit slip before the lake closes
- A $1,000 security hold is placed on your credit card and may be charged for damage or broken policies
- A $100 charge applies for each lost WaveRunner key
- Do not beach the watercraft, start it on shore, or dock it against other watercraft
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 7 calendar days of your reservation and your deposit is forfeited. After a completed booking, a full or partial refund requires sufficient reasonable evidence to support your claim.
