• If visiting from out of state for 60 days or fewer, follow your home state's boating license rules and bring any required license
• Complete the smart waiver before check-in; one person making the reservation completes it for the party
• Stay on White Bear Lake during the rental
• No pets, grills, or grilling allowed
• Children 12 and under must wear a fitted life vest at all times
• A wear-and-tear fee applies and is not included in the listed price
• You are responsible for repair or replacement costs for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment; ordinary wear and propeller damage are excluded
• Late returns incur the hourly rental amount plus 25% for each unapproved additional hour, not included in the listed price
