Things to know
Each rental day is 20 hours, typically from 12 noon to 8 am the next day. You must be present for drop-off and pickup. All users must sign a waiver; no minors or alcohol; consult a physician if pregnant.
Cancellation policy
Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. If canceled within 24 hours of booking, no refund of rental cost; only the deposit is refunded. No-call/no-show or last-minute cancellations are charged the full booking amount, including deposit.
