Itinerary
Your Wood Sign Painting Mobile Art Party is a 2-hour creative session designed for fun, relaxation, and creativity.
15–20 minutes before start:
Your art host arrives early to set up all supplies and prepare your creative space. (Setup time is not included in the 2-hour activity duration.)
0–15 minutes | Welcome & Setup
Guests get settled, select their paints, and your host introduces the process for painting and stenciling.
15–45 minutes | Design Prep & Stenciling
Guests choose paint colors for background and stencil designs and begin painting the background layers.
45–110 minutes | Paint & Personalize
Guests paint, stencil, and personalize their wood signs with colors and finishing touches, guided by the art host.
110–120 minutes | Finishing Touches & Cleanup
Guests complete their designs and take group photos with their finished signs.
Cleanup takes about 15 minutes and is fully handled by our staff.

Important details
- Submit design selections and your final headcount at least 72 hours before the event
- Your final headcount is the minimum billable total, even if fewer people attend
- Have tables and chairs ready before the art host arrives
- Ensure access to an electrical outlet for a blow dryer
- Optional floor coverings cost $15 per table and are billed on the day of the event, separate from the listed price
- Custom design requests may have an additional design-time fee that is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Reschedule within 90 days with at least 7 days' notice. A $100 rescheduling fee applies with less than 7 days' notice. With less than 48 hours' notice, you forfeit your deposit.
