- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental start time for safety instruction
- Ages 21+ only to rent; drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license
- No one under age 5 is allowed on the jet ski
- A valid photo ID and major credit or debit card are required
- A $2,500 temporary damage-deposit hold is placed on your card on the rental day; it is not included in the listed price and is released after an undamaged return
- Fuel used is charged upon return at the current on-water price and is not included in the listed price
- Weekend and holiday rentals have an additional $29-per-hour charge that is not included in the listed price
- Do not dock outside the rental location or switch drivers during the rental
- Lake Union, Portage Bay, and areas west of the Montlake Cut are off-limits
- Rentals operate in changing weather; a rental credit is issued only when the on-site manager deems conditions too dangerous
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days (168 hours) before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable or reschedulable.
