- The person making the booking must be 21 or older. Children are allowed.

- You're responsible for damage caused by negligence. Damage charges are not included in the listed price.
- Complete a waiver before arrival. You assume liability for accidents, injuries, or damage during the experience.
- Life jackets are required at all times for children under 13.
- Do not bring glass aboard. Smoking and drug use are prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
With 7+ days' notice, receive a refund, credit, or rebooking. A $50 fee applies to all cancellations. With less than 7 days' notice, no refund; rebooking is available. Disputing charges for cancellations within 7 days incurs an additional $500 fee. Submit cancellations in writing. No-shows are charged the full price. If weather makes conditions less than ideal, rescheduling is offered.
