$400 non-refundable deposit required to book. Remaining balance due 90 days before trip start. Cancel 61+ days: full refund minus deposit, booking platform fee, and credit card processing fee. Cancel 31–60 days: 50% refund minus deposit, booking platform fee, and credit card processing fee. Cancel 0–30 days: no refund. No refund for unused portion.
