Start your Napa Valley ride from Yountville. Pick up your reserved bike any time after 9:00am and return it by 5:30pm.
Photo ID and a matching credit card are required for road bike and e-bike rentals. A $20 per bike Relocation Fee will apply when you return bikes to a different NVBT shop location from where you started. Return bikes by 5:30pm on the day of rental. After 5:30pm, late fees begin accruing: $20 per bike for every 15-minutes past 5:30pm.
Bikes may not be abandoned, as passenger shuttle or bike retrieval services are not offered. If rental bikes are left unattended, the renter assumes full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage until staff retrieves them. A retrieval fee will be charged based on mileage and the number of bikes.
Cancellations incur a 10% fee; online booking fees are non-refundable. Provide at least 48 hours notice for a partial refund; reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours. Fees apply regardless of weather.

The 8-mile ride north to Calistoga was stunning and very manageable on the e-bikes. We spent the afternoon enjoying lunch and olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings before the easy 8-mile ride back. The scenery was breathtaking, the equipment was top-notch, and the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend this for a beautiful day out!
