Explore the Yukon with a local guide in a relaxed small group
2.5 – 3 Hours
Guided tour, scenic drive, bridge
Leave the large tour bus behind for a small-group outing led by a local Skagway guide. Hear insights into the region's roads, landscapes, and history along the way.
White Pass Scenic Drive
We begin by heading north out of Skagway along the Klondike Highway, one of the most famous routes of the Gold Rush era.
As we climb from sea level into alpine terrain, the landscape transforms dramatically.
Along the way you’ll see:
• Waterfalls cascading down granite cliffs • Rugged mountain landscapes • Alpine lakes and sub-arctic terrain • Historic sections of the Klondike Gold Rush route
The White Pass scenic drive is widely considered one of the most beautiful in Alaska, and it only gets better as we continue north.
Crossing into Canada 🇺🇸➡️🇨🇦
We cross the U.S.–Canada border and enter the Yukon.
The scenery shifts quickly from steep coastal mountains to wide-open valleys and rolling terrain, offering a completely different perspective just a short drive from Skagway.
It’s a transition most visitors never get to experience.
A valid passport is required for all guests on this tour.
Yukon Suspension Bridge Experience
Our destination is the Yukon Suspension Bridge, set in a remote and scenic stretch of the Yukon wilderness.
Here you’ll have time to:
• Walk across the suspension bridge • Take in views of the gorge and surrounding landscape • Explore the area at your own pace • Capture photos of one of the Yukon’s most unique locations
It’s a fun, easy, and memorable way to experience the Yukon up close.
Scenic Yukon Landscapes
Beyond the bridge itself, this tour is about the journey.
The Yukon side of the pass offers:
• Wide-open mountain views • Unique sub-arctic terrain • Fewer crowds and a quieter landscape • A sense of space and scale that’s hard to describe
It’s a completely different feel from Skagway, just across the border.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Standing at the edge of the Yukon Suspension Bridge, you feel the gentle sway underfoot and hear the river churning through the canyon below. Towering spruce and pine press close on both banks, and the cool, resin-scented air carries the sound of rushing water up through the gorge. The Yukon Suspension Bridge offers a rare chance to pause above a wild river corridor and take in the scale of the surrounding boreal landscape. It is a crossing that rewards slow walkers who stop mid-span to watch the current carve its way through ancient rock.
