Jake, Kai, Joe, Eliza, Skyeler, and the rest of the crew have built something genuinely special in Moab. Kai was amazingly patient and accommodating to our group of 4 throughout our booking process, and she helped settle all our concerns professionally. Our guide, Jake, took us pack-rafting. He was meticulous in his safety prep. He's also very knowledgeable; he gave us a deep dive on literally every subject we brought up. All four of us had a great time, and we would definitely come back to Desert Highlights when we're back in Moab. See y'all next time for canyoneering :)

Kai was amazingly patient and accommodating to our group of 4 throughout our booking process, and she helped settle all our concerns professionally. Our guide, Jake, took us pack-rafting. He was meticulous in his safety prep. He's also very knowledgeable; he gave us a deep dive on literally every subject we brought up.
