After an incredibly long day of physical and mental challenges on Pikes Peak, we were so grateful to have Rocky Mountain Ride Shuttle waiting for us at the top. John went the extra mile when it came to customer service. He was there waiting for our group of six when we summited via Barr Trail and immediately helped us get everyone together and accommodated our needs. We were all pretty emotional after such a physically and mentally challenging day, and his kindness, patience, and understanding meant more than he probably realized. The ride down was an experience in itself. John shared stories about Pikes Peak, the area, and the wildlife along the way. He even stopped to pick up two hikers who had just summited via the Crags Trail and had gotten caught in the rain. He didn’t hesitate to help them. That kind of service and genuine kindness really stood out. Thank you, John, for taking such good care of our group and making the end of an unforgettable day even better.
