- Complete a waiver for everyone in your party before your rental
- You're responsible for the care and security of your rental equipment. Accidental-damage coverage excludes loss, damage from lack of care, and damage to ski top sheets or edges. If you decline coverage at pickup, you're responsible for all damage
- Pick up equipment after 8 am and return it by 5:30 pm on your rental day
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations more than 7 days before your rental. A rental credit is offered within 7 days and more than 24 hours before your rental with advance notice. No credit or refund is offered for no-shows or without notice before your rental date. No refunds for early returns.
