- Arrive 30 minutes before departure to park and pick up tickets at the ticket window
- Board approximately 10 minutes before departure
- Expect approximately 4 steps to board the coach; a wheelchair lift is available as needed
- Wheelchairs must not exceed 24 inches wide
- Bring only foldable strollers, which are stored in the vestibules while the train is moving
- Leave alcohol, smoking materials, vaping devices, and personal pets behind; service animals are allowed
- Plan for the train to operate rain or shine
