- Complete the participant waiver before departure
- Arrive with your full party; boarding cannot begin until everyone has arrived
- A valid credit card from an authorized cardholder is required
- Keep glassware in the galley, and do not bring red wine, cranberry juice, or other deck-staining items
- Leave balloons, sparklers, confetti, production equipment, lighting equipment, DJ equipment, and pets ashore
- Do not smoke onboard
- Children under 14 must wear life jackets
- Gratuity is not included in the listed price; customary gratuity is 10% to 20% depending on your experience
- Expect a $75 charge for each 15-minute extension if the charter stop time is extended

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days before start. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. If severe weather warnings occur within 12 hours of the charter, the charter may be rescheduled. If you end the charter early, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
