Itinerary
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation start time for the check-in process.
- At check-in, please provide a government ID that matches the name of the reservation and sign our liability waiver.
- Begin your demo lesson with a short FAA SFAR Awareness Training from your instructor which gives you permission to manipulate the R44 controls.
- Receive a 15 minute guided instructional session in our FAA-approved flight simulator.
- Proceed to the helicopter to receive a safety briefing and embark on your 15-minute flight lesson over Long Beach.
- Return to Long Beach and receive your signed certificate. Flight time logged during your flight can be used towards a helicopter license!

Important details
- First-time demo participants only; anyone who has previously taken a demo flight with this operator cannot fly
- Individual passenger weight must be under 300 lbs (136 kg); combined group weight must be under 580 lbs (263 kg)
- Weight verification may be required on arrival
- Wear closed-toe shoes if you are receiving flight instruction
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation start time
- Bring a government ID matching the reservation name and sign a liability waiver
- Arrive free from drugs and alcohol
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before start for a 90% refund; cancel 48–72 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund within 48 hours or for no-shows. Flights affected by adverse weather, temporary flight restrictions, or aircraft maintenance are rescheduled or fully refunded.
