Important details
- Arrive a few minutes before scheduled delivery and pickup
- Delivery within 4 miles of Midtown Atlanta is included; delivery within 5 miles costs $5 and within 6 miles costs $10, not included in the listed price
- Primary renter must be age 18+ and have a valid photo ID and credit card; minors require supervision and parental consent
- Sign the rental agreement and liability waiver before pickup for yourself and your entire party
- A credit-card security deposit is required: $100 per bicycle or trailer and $200 per e-bike; it is released 3–5 business days after return and inspection unless applied to damage, loss, or extra fees
- Keep rentals in Georgia and use them only for recreational cycling on designated bike paths, roads, and trails
- Secure unattended equipment with the provided lock
- Expect a $25-per-hour late-return fee after the grace period, plus possible cleaning, damage, or declined-payment fees not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before delivery. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Rescheduling is available outside 24 hours, subject to availability. If heavy rain occurs on the rental day, reschedule or receive a full refund.

Keep all rental equipment within Georgia. Vehicle racks and transport accessories are not provided, and you are responsible for any transport damage.
Use your bike rental only for recreational cycling on designated bike paths, roads, and trails. Do not use it for racing, stunts, skatepark riding, illegal activities, or modifications and repairs.
You are responsible for loss, theft, and damage beyond normal wear and tear. Report theft to police within 24 hours of discovering it.
