- Arrive 15 minutes before your charter for boarding
- If bringing food or beverages aboard, arrive 30 minutes before your charter
- A minimum 10% gratuity applies if it is not included in your charter price
- Acceptance of the charter terms and conditions is required
- Illegal substances and underage alcohol or tobacco use are prohibited
- If you bring hard liquor or cocktails, Ventura staff must serve them
- Avoid intoxication that creates a safety hazard; it may end your charter early

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 21 business days ahead for a 75% refund; cancel 14–21 business days ahead for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 business days are non-refundable. If weather cancels your sail and you cannot reschedule, you will receive a refund.
