- Arrive 15 minutes before departure; arrive 30 minutes early when bringing food or drinks aboard
- A waiver and acceptance of the charter terms and conditions are required
- A minimum 10% gratuity applies and may not be included in the listed price; a card on file may be charged if no cash gratuity is given
- Allow for weather-related delays of up to 90 minutes
- Do not bring illegal substances or use alcohol or tobacco while underage
- Have Ventura staff serve any hard liquor or cocktails you bring aboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Otherwise, receive a 75% refund 21 business days before departure or a 50% refund 14–21 business days before departure. No refund within 14 business days. If weather cancels your sail and you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a refund.
