Things to know

Each boat carries up to 6 guests; minimum of 4 for semi‑private trips. Children under 18 require a parent or guardian; ages 6 and under must wear life jackets. Boats are not wheelchair accessible.

FAQs

Should I worry about seasickness?
We cruise in the protected waters of Santa Rosa Sound and Pensacola Bay, where conditions are usually favorable. If prone to motion sickness, consider Dramamine or Bonine before the cruise.

Is there an age requirement? Is it safe for young children?
Passengers of all ages are welcome. Life vests are accessible, and children age 6 and under must wear life jackets onboard.

What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes; bring a jacket in cooler months. Wear a swimsuit and bring a towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and a camera.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed?
Guests age 21+ may bring their own drinks. Please bring cans instead of glass; a bottle of wine is acceptable with plastic cups. Portable coolers are welcome.

Is there a restroom on the boat?
Yes, there are marine restrooms on all vessels. Do not throw anything into them; use the waste can provided.

What happens in case of bad weather?
All trips are subject to the Captain’s approval of weather and water conditions. If a trip is cancelled, we will attempt to reschedule or provide a refund.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip to avoid charges. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded.

Are we guaranteed to see dolphins?
Dolphin sightings are not guaranteed. You may also see pelicans, gulls, herons, ospreys, eagles, cormorants, fish, crabs, sea turtles and rays.

Are dogs allowed on the boat?
Dogs are allowed on private cruises only. Certified service animals are permitted on all cruises and must be well behaved and leashed.
