- Ages 21+ only to rent; bring a valid driver's license
- An adult must be present with any child
- Total passenger weight limit: 420 lbs
- Sign a waiver before boarding
- Children 12 and under must wear life jackets at all times
- Do not tow tubes, skiers, or other equipment
- Stay at least 30 feet from shore and do not pull the boat onto shore or near hot springs
- Follow the 10 MPH lake speed limit
- You are responsible for damages, injuries, or death while using the boat
- A $50–$100 cleaning fee may apply and is not included in the listed price
